E-mail protection password

I presently have the same password for both my Internet
connection and my primary e-mail account on Microsoft
Outlook. I'd like to be able to put a password on my
Outlook e-mail so that no one can access my e-mail except
me. Right now, when I open Outlook, it requests that I
choose the profile, and then it requests the password,
but then again, this password is the same as the one
requested when I connect to the internet. Can anyone help?
