E-mail receiving junk mail (McAfee anit virus)

I have 2 users set up on my computer, one for my partner and one for myself.
I have McAfee Anti Virus running but it is only stopping junk mail for my
e-mail account and not for my partners e-mail account . . . Please help me if

Antivirus software has nothing to do with stopping junk mail. You need
antispam software for that. If you truly mean "antivirus", then it's not
stopping junk mail for you, either.

Are these two users two separate Windows usernames? What version of
Outlook? WHat type(s) of mail accounts? When you installed the AV program,
did you install it using an administrator account? You have to give details
if you hope to get an answer.
