E-mail reply signatures

I have set up Outlook 2003 to put a signature and logo on all outgoing
e-mails amd replies. After many attempts I still cannot get the logo to
appear on replies - though I use Word as the editor. Works OK mails I
initiate - but what prevents the (jpeg) logo from appearing on replies?
Everything bar the logo appears!

if you reply to a message formatted in Plain Text, it won't show. In the
reply message window, the format is in parens, eg (HTML) or (Plain Text)

That's a great help - I couldn't see what the underlying issue was. But does
that mean that I will ahve to manually add our company logo to any repsonse
to an e-mail in HTML (which most seem to be)? Or is there some clever way to
do it?
