E-mail Routing

Hi,

We are encountering a Outlook 2003 problem. It doesn't route the E-mails
automatically after we set up the rules. We have to do 3 manual steps:

1. Highlight the message body
2. Mark the body red
3. Click "Run Rules Now" button under the "Rule and Alerts" Window

Does anyone knows what the problem is? Thank you!
