E-mail scroll bar is gone

I must have hit a hot key by accident and now when I type an e-mail that is
more than one page, I cannot see what I am typing on the second page because
the e-mail doesn't auto page down as I am typing and the scroll bar on the
right side of the window is greyed out.

Can someone help?
