e-mail 'SEND' button in outlook suddenly not working

For some reason I cannot send any composed e-mails. This has just started
working so am unsure if I have accidentally altered something. I have ran a
test message using current settings and sent and received okay. Can create a
new message but when I click on send button nothing happens, message then
saves in my draft folder.
