e-mail signature

I added a new e-mail account to my Microsoft Office Outlook, and changed word
to the default editor, but now the e-mail signatures won't work. In the
e-mail options box it says "select the signatures associated with" and has
the new account's mail server in the drop down box. I think that's why it's
not working. How can I change the info in the drop down box to the old mail
server. Also I looked in control panel under mail and it shows the old mail
server as the only account, but when I go to tools, e-mail accounts in
Outlook it only shows the new account's mail server.
