I am looking for exciting updated free e-mail stationery and animations for
Microsoft Outlook. I am unable to download hotbar or incredimail due to
workplace firewalls. The stationery that Microsoft currently has is very
boring.

If you are in a workplace you might check with your IT dept whether there is
a corporate policy on email.....you may find they won't let you use all
sorts of fancy "stationery"...
