e-mail "stuck" in the MAPI Spooler...

I am using Outlook 2000. I tried to forward an e-mail that I received and it
got "stuck" in my MAPI Spooler. When I click on the file I am trying to
send, I get the message: "Can't open this item. The MAPI Spooler has
already begun to transmit this message." I tried to delete the file but, I
am not successful.

What do I do to unlodge this file??
