E-Mail Templates In MS Outlook 2007

Hello,

I have MS Outlook 2007, and I want to create a email template much like a
letter head, how can I do that? Can I create it to all insert the current
date in the template as well????

If anyone can help that would be great, if you want to reach me off the list
