E-mail Thread

When someone replies to an e-mail I've sent, my original message is part of the thread but in a much bigger font. Every response keeps enlarging as a new message is added to the thread.

Any idea how I can prevent this from happening?
Thanks!

You can't control what your recipients' email programs do.

In addition to Adam's comments: if you send your messages in plain text (as
opposed to HTML), the chances are high that your recipient's email program
will also reply in plain text format, and the appearance of your text will
not be modified as a consequence.
