E-Mail to Distribution List

I want to send a document to a Distribution Group, however, I only want one individuals name to appear in the TO section. We do not want each person in the group to see the names and addresses of all others in the group. Can this be done?

What you are asking for requires a mail merge to electronic mail (which
cannot use a Distribution List, but can use your Outlook Contacts). Outlook
uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters, mailing
labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these
functions take a look here:

Tiff,
<Condensed version> We do this by starting in Outlook. We
copy the recipients to their own contacts folder, e.g.
Distribution list 1. Go to the new contacts folder. Then,
select mail merge from the menu item tools. It will take
you to Word, and from there you use an existing document or
a pre-existing document. Insert merge fields as
appropriate. When you begin your merge process, point to
your new contacts folder, Distribution List 1, to select
your recipients.

Works great, using 2000 version.
