E-mail tracking options

When I select Tools on the toolbar and select options. Under the preferences
tab, I select the E-mail options button and then tracking options. When I do
this I am expected to see three boxes in the middle of that window, which one
could check to request the services. But instead of three boxes, I see only
two. The boxes are: "delete blank voting and meeting responses after
processing" and the other "request a read receipt for all messages I send". I
do not see a box for "request a delivery receipt for all messages I send".
How can I get this box to appear, so I can request this service?

What version of Outlook are you using? Is this a corporate installation or
a home one?
