E-mail Work Group Set up

Hi, can any one help??

I set up an e-mail workgroup for the Project 2000,and
sending taskd to each of the team members. I have
installed the Wgset.exe as required.

I set up a group of Fields in the Customising Workgroup
screen. What happens is that when the team members
received a TeamStatus email from me for them to update
their tasks, the Fields appear on their email are
different from what I have set up in my computer. What
seems to be the problem? What should I do so the team
members receive the group of Fields I have set up and
sent to them? Apprecaite any assistance on this....
