I had something sent to me in an e-mail that I could not open. It was sent in Adobe. I have Adobe reader but it wouldn't work on this e-mal. They then sent it to me through Excel. I could not figure out how to open it. I finally had to call and get it faxed to me. Can you or anyone tell me how to download something that is sent through Excel
I really need some help on this
Thanks

If the file is an Excel file and you have Excel
on your system you should be able to just
doble click the e-mail attachment and it will
open in Excel. Unless you have an older version
and your friend is sending from a newer version.

#1 Save Email Attachment to HD noting the name and where you saved it to
#2 Using Explorer, Find file and Scan File with upto date AV
#3 Open Excel, then File Open and click on file

It is imperative that the patches provided by Microsoft in its April
Security Release be applied to Systems as soon as possible. It is
believed that the likelihood of a worm being released SOON that
exploits one of the vulnerabilities addressed by these patches is VERY
HIGH
