Outlook works perfect at home (my wireless laptop), but when I am at another
location with the same computer it just puts my messages in the outbox and
will not send. Is there a setting that I'm missing?

This is a sign that you aren't authenticating correctly to the outgoing server
or choosing the correct port and/or encryption settings in your account.
