E-mailed Data Request Form Cannot be edited by e-mai recipient.

I have followed the instructions for gathering data via e mail. Everything
works fine until the recipient tries to add data to the form in the e-mail.
All the fields are not accessible. I did NOT tick the read only box for any
field when selecting the data. When I try the Document before sending,
actually in the e-mail, I can edit any of the fields, it is only once the
e-mail has been sent. I have sent this to people using MS Outlook 2007 and
it still does not work. Any help would be very much appraciated and Many
thanks in advance...
