E-Mailing audio

Whenever I send One Notes to a colleague at work, it splits the audio and
text into two different attachments. When my colleague attempts to sync the
two so he can see what notes were taken at what point in the audio, he cannot
do it. Any help on this subject would be greatly apprecited.

If you have two attachments, then you're half way there (you must have
turned on the Tools/options/E-mail/Attach a copy of linked audio and video
files)

The second part of this is to tell your colleague to save both attachments
on his hard drive (maybe in his notebook somewhere). They need to be in the
same folder. Then everything will work. What doesn't work is just opening
the attachment from the email, since the mail program does not put the audio
attachment in the same place as the *.one attachment your colleague opened.
