E-mailing document on word 2002, not an option anymore. Any downlo

I am using XP, Word 2002. In the "File" dropdown, I can't select in the
"Send to" menu, E-mail recipient. Is there something I can download to
return this capacity back on? This is one of the "side-effects" of the
latest service pack (I think). Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
