Hello,
Having a bit of a problem with sending faxes through outlook via Shared
Fax Service.
Faxes OK outside of outlook.
Faxes are fine unless they have an image attached/inside them. When I hit
send, Microsoft Photo Editor opens up in the taskbar (with some .jpg image,
I assume a temp) and it will hang there until I force it closed.
I have read the only article I found on Google (oddly enough, they all had
input from you, Russ) and have had no luck.
FYI
Windows 2000 SBS Server (fax)
Client is XP SP1, Office 2002
Exchange server in use
Fax Mail Transport is FIRST is list & Default.
Have tried the command
rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_PrintTo /pt "%1" "%2"
"%3" "%4" (even a reboot after)
..GIF,.TIF,.TIFF,.JPG,.JPEG All set to MS Picture/Fax Viewer
Hope you can help!
