I have a database (Access 2002)with names, addresses,
etc. in which I also have a hyperlink field that takes
the user to personel resumes.
We would like to have the ability to then send a "short
list" - say 3-5 resumes to a potential employer. When one
clicks on the hyperlink in pdf format, it is obviously
possible to send that file by e-mail with the Acrobat
software. However, we would like to group the resumes
into one e-mail rather than send 3-5 e-mails with one
resume in each.
Some of the resumes are also in WORD doc format. We would
like to include those in one e-mail, where applicable.
Is it possible to achieve this method?
