e-mailing pictures through Photo Gallery

I can't seem to e-mail pictures through Photo Gallery to my outlook...I have
outlook as the default e-mail and am using the photo gallery with
Vista....but when I tag a photo and click e-mail - it doesnt create a message
to send in Outlook.
