E-Mailing several pages linked to an index page - for review by ot

I volunteered to work up our quarterly web-based newsletter - without any
experience with web design. But I'm pretty good with graphics...

So, I have several attractive webpages designed with Publisher, but don't
have a website, and the people reviewing the online newsletter want to be
able to click on thumbnails on my index page to link to the different
articles.

If I had a webpage I could try this out in real time. I need to send all
the files by email, so that they can be unzipped into a single file or folder
with "live" links to and from the index page. I want the reviewers to have a
"live" experience without the pages really being live.

I appreciate any advice!

Thanks! I doubt that I ever would have figured that out on my own. Got the
email out Monday night.

Since you don't specify a version I will by default assume version 2003.

In version 2003 use Save As, File Type, select .mht
and save the web publication.

Then send them the .mht file
They will need to review the mht file in IE.
