e-mails are being kicked back as spam

For some reason when I send e-mails many of them are never sent or are kicked
back as spam. I called my ISP and they said they can not help me becasue I
use Microsoft Outlook (2003). The e-mails I send are to mom's groups,
friends and family??? I have tested to see if it matters if there is an
attachement and it does not matter. I have alos tried using webmail through
my ISP to send to people that are not getting my e-mails and they go through
fine....so the problem has to be with Outlook....what the problem is I can
not figure out!!! Please, can someone help me?????

What is the full message (with emails redacted) that you get when you get
something 'kicked back as spam'?

What happens if you send using Outlook Express?

I have used Outlook 2003 since its release, and I had never have a
message rejected or bounced.

Bounces are initiated by the receiving email server, and usually
contains some sort of info or code *why* it was rejected. Can you check
these bounces for such information?

5.7.1 mail from 68.230.241.41 rejected for spam/virus content

The following recipients did not receive this message:

<[email protected]>

Please reply to <[email protected]>
if you feel this message to be in error.

The following attachments have been removed from the bounce message:

The other bounce message I got reads....

Your message to: (e-mail address removed) was blocked by our Spam

We have tried to send the e-mails using Web Mail and Outlook express and the
e-mails go through just fine.

We have also tried outlook 2003 and 2007 and they get kicked back.

I am getting so frustrated!!! No one seems to have the answer and my entire
life is tied up in Outlook so to change e-mail program would be impossible
right now!

What happens if you send using Outlook Express with the same server settings
as in Outlook?

You would have to contact Cox (though their customer) to find out why
exactly they rejected your mail. The fact that the message comes from
Outlook 2003 surely is no reason to suspect spam. (Very few spammers use
Microsoft software to deliver their spew.)
