e mails are received doubled

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop I receive 2 copies of e mails at my personal address. My business address, on the same server, delivers only one copy. I should be happy that I get emails at all, but double trouble is trouble. How can I convince entourage to pick up only one copy? My other e mail programs don't misbehave like this.

Are you forwarding accounts? If you look on the server, do you only see
one message?

By default Entourage does not do this, but there are many scenarios
where this can happen and it's difficult for us to tell you what is set
wrong.

Dear Diane,
it was all my fault - I had established the same account twice, so of course I was picking up mails twice. Pardon me and thanks for your reply.
