Hi,
All we have shared folder in BCM full of e-mails attached to Business
Contacts or Contacts or Projects. Some of them contain attachements. However
if this e-mail is opened from History Window by its creator it behaves as an
e-mail, i.e. can be forwarded, we can read attachement etc. If the same
history entry is opened by another user of a group - this is only a business
activity, so this user cannot forward it, see attachements etc. This is very
bad...
Can we change some settings in BCM to have it being opened as an e-mail by
every users?
If needed - I can supply the screenshot by e-mail, showing off what I am
writing about...
