Is there a way for me to highlight a bunch of e-mail messages, which have PDF files attached to it, and simply grab all of the enclosed files and download them to a Folder?

Thanks,

How can I automate a procedure for grabbing the attached files on all of the selected emails, and downloading the files to a selected place in my desktop?

Assign a category to email address like “Attachments Remove” Create a new rule.

From  is in category  “Attachments Remove”

Save Attachments  _ “Select Destination“
Change Status _ “read”
(you might want to add move to Deleted Items )

Hope this helps!
