I'm using Windows Vista, Outlook 2007. When my boss sends me an e-mail from
her Mac using a colored font, the color is lost in the transmission. In all
e-mails originating from her, the font changes on its own, and if I respond
to one of her e-mails by using the Reply button, I can't use any formatting
of my own - everything is greyed out.
Both computers are set to use "Rich" formatting, but when the messages go
back and forth, they lose all formatting.
Can anyone help me with this?
