E-mails go right into Outlook 2002 address book

I know there has to be a way to change this but I have
read all I could find and went through all the tool bars.

When e-mail comes in or gets replied to (one of those two)
the address is added to our address book. We do not want
it to do this.

How do you turn this feature off?

Outlook 2002 has no feature to do this. You must have added it through an
add-in or some VBA code. You can check for addins in Tools | Options | Other
| Advanced Options
