E-mails going into the delete box & I get 2 or 3 of the same e-mai

E-mail going into my delete box

Someone please help.

Most of my e-mail are goint to my "delete box" first and I am also receiving
2 or 3 of the same e-mail. Sometimes I have the e-mail go into my "in-box"
plus 2 -3 copies go into my "delete" box.

I had "Trend Micro (PC Cillin)" anti virus, but that did nothing, so I have
now installed AVG virus protector.

Can someone please help me
