E-mails w/Attachments "Send" but are not received by recipients

When I send an e-mail with a file attachment in Outlook 2003, I get
confirmation that the e-mail was sent, but none of my recipients receive the
e-mail. Why? The recipients receive my e-mails containing no attachments. Can
someone provide an easy fix or configuration action I've overlooked?

If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook disable this
integration and try again.

Here it gets a little complicated. When I send the e-mail with the
attachment to myself or to myself and one of my other e-mail addresses, both
are received. When I send it to myself and "cc" or "bcc" one of my other
addresses or anyone else, I receive it, but my other address and other
recipients do not. After experimenting with numerous variations, it seems
the "cc" and "bcc" may be the problem. In answer to your other question, I
don't believe I have any virus scan that integrates with Outlook. AOL's
Security Center powered by McAfee does scheduled virus scans on my PC, and
there is a "McAfee VirusScan Outlook E-mail
Scanner" icon on the Outlook toolbar, but it seems to do nothing when I
click on it. Please help me resolve this problem. I really do appreciate
your help.

Have you had a chance to review my reply to your last inquiry (below).
E-mails with file attachments I send are showing as sent (that is, they are
in my sent folder), but they are not being received by the "cc" and "bcc"
recipients. When I "cc'd" one of my other e-mail addresses, the e-mail
arrived, but without the attachment. Does this help?
