EAC Calculation

I've been working through using MS Project for EVMS calculations for the
first time. It doesn't appear to calculate EAC correctly at either the task
level or summary task level. VAC isn't correct at the summary task level.
Is this a problem with MS Project 2003? I just upgraded from 2000 last
Friday.
