Earned Value Analysis

I am not sure if the subject line above has been discussed here. I would
like to know if Project 2003 or any other deals with this analysis. I want
to measure the overall performance of a project by using the aggregate
performance measure known as earned value. Can anyone throw some light on
this topic?
