That is the default method of calculating EV in Project. It can be
changed by clicking Tools | Options | Calculation and then click on the
Earned Value button. There you can pick which baseline to use and if you
want to use % Complete or Physical % Complete.
Thank you Brian. I was not clear. I was reffering to Project Server.
I had to specify a view in Tasks Earned value to add CVP and SVP.
