Earned Value - difference in project server and Proj Professional

I am using a MS project server 2003 with rpoj Professional 2003. I have
noticed that the earned value metrics presented in Proj Professional are
differnent that those listed in Project server througha view in Project
center. Is there a reason for this?

Have you published the data after the last update in Project Pro ?

Yes published the the plan(s). We are have about 50 active projects and not
one of theme reports the same earned value metrics in both Project
Professional and Project central.

Hi, thanks for the advice. We actually found out the problem is with the Auto
calculation with MS Project. Despite having auto calc enabled in the Options
section, it was not recalculating each time the project was changed or saved.
By simply hittin F9 the schedule was re calculated, all EVA fields re
calculated and the data matched
