Earned Value Using %WORK Complete

Heelo,

Is there a way to have Project calculate EARNED VALUE
using %WORK COMPLETE, instead of %Complete, or Physical%
Complete. Currently these are the only 2 options i am
aware of as being possible for earned value calculation.
