Easiest way to delete all unused masters from a stencil?

What is the quickest and easiest way to delete all unused masters from a
stencil? Implied is that I do not want to delete any used masters.

Currently, I hit the delete key and wait for the message that the master is
in use. If not then delete.

Is there a VBA answer?
