easiest way to move projects et all to a new server?

We currently have one server on a machine that uses project database
authentication. There are several projects in the database and I have
already added outline codes, resource pool, tweaked security in PWA,
etc. etc.

We have another server that we believe is a better installation using
windows authentication. Is there a quick and easy way to get the data
moved over to the new server without having to manually export/import?
Problem is though, I've already created the resource pool (with RBS)
and added accounts on the new server.
