Easiest Way to use the whole sheet

I'm making a document that will be a worksheet for clients to fill out.

It's real simple.

It will have them fill in a lot of info for example:

Client name------------------------phone number ------------------------ e
mail----------------------

The only thing is, I'm really lousy at how to use the middle and right side
of the page.

In other words, I'm lazy, it's so easy just to use the left side of the page
like this:

Name
Address
Phone
Email

Etc.

What is the easiest way to make a form utilizing the other sections of the
page -- is there an easy way?

And what is the best tool for making the lines where people put their info
above --- the underscore? Thanks!

Use Tables - that's what they're for. Have you noticed you've got a Table
menu? Read the Help on Tables.

(Note: you don't have to print grid lines if you don't want to.)

No. Print gridlines and/pr borders.

These are big topics. Read as much as you can, and figure out as much as you
can, and then ask for more guidance. I don't know whether Clive's Bend Word
document goes much into Tables. You'll find a LOT about tables on the main
Word MVP website, and links to other sites for much more.
