Easily Change Many Links Within a Word Document

I am creating a Word Document (XP) with about 30 links contained within the
document (all to the same URL).

I will need to change the links on a regular basis. When I change the links
I will change all 30+ links to another single URL.

For Example:

Original Document: 30 links to www.orginal.earn4life.org

I need to create the exact same document but only change all the links to
www.newdoc.earn4life.org.

Do you know if there is any way in Word (xp) to change all of the links in
one easy step?

Set up the link fields using an embedded docproperty field that contains the
URL. The you make the change simply by changing the document property and
updating fields.
