Hello group,
I have tried finding the answer to the question below, but maybe I
have used the wrong searching terms.
What I would like to do in Outlook 2007 is the following:
I have to create a series of 'appointments' in Outlook.
For the moment I assume I will do this by hand, because there is no
'easy' recurring theme here.
However, for every appointment, I need a certain number of tasks. E.g.
three weeks before: Sent first reminder
two weeks before: Decide if appointment should take place
week-and-a-half before: order material
week before: sent second reminders
day before: order lunch.
So what I am looking for is the possibility to have some sort of
'appointment with tasks' template
Ultimately, I want to set the appointment, and have the above
mentioned tasks set automatically.
Ideally, when i cancel the appointment, it should cancel the tasks
too, but I could live with doing that manually (or simply clicking
'completed') as well.
If anyone could point me to any direction with this, I would be very
gratefull.
I hope I have given all the information that is needed, but if more
information is required, I can give that too.
Thank you very much in advance
Marlies
