Easy envelopes & labels from Outlook

The mail-merge oriented procedure for generating envelopes and labels is way
too complex!

There needs to be a way to very simply print a given contact from Outlook to
an envelope or label on a one-by-one basis.

When I used to manage an Act database, we created macros for one-click
envelopes and labels. I will research how to do this through Outlook...but
it seems like such a basic function for a PIM, I can't believe it has been
made so complex.
