Easy One. Corrupt Startup Document

I'm running Excel 2000 and the system crashes when I
start Excel. I'm pretty sure it's a corrupt Excel startup
document. The equivalent of Normal.dot in Word. I want to
delete it and have a new one generated when it starts,
but can't think of the name and location of the document.
Any help would be appreciated.
