Easy way for the user to change Office 2007 display language?

Hi.

Is there an easy way to implement shortcuts to Office 2007 applications to
multiple display languages?

For example:
I want two shortcuts to Word 2007, one with norwegian display language, one
with english (USA) display language.

Is this possible?

What other options do I have to make this as easy as possible for the users?

Hi Andy,

If you have an English language version of Office 2007 and a Norweigan single language pack installed you can switch the User
Interface back and forth between the two languages but there isn't, that I recall
a way to have a mixed UI.

Hello Andy,

Could you expand on the scenario that your user is facing? I'm curious if
it's, as Bob mentions, a matter of switching the UI or you're trying to solve
a different problem.
