Easy way of doing staffing timetables

G

Graeme

Hi everyone! I need help!

I currently do up timetables for a sporting venue and the
staffing times are generally related to when the public
gates open.

What I would like to do is have a cell where I enter the
gates opening time and it automatically calculates when
the staff start their shifts. For example, some staff
start 1 hour before gates open, others 30 minutes before
gates open. This is the same for all events so I want to
just enter the gates time and have it automatically
calculate it.

Can anyone help?
