Easy way to ignore a conversation thread?

I subscribe to a number of mailing lists. And there are ocaissions where the
participants discuss a topic to death: sometimes I'm interested, and
sometimes not.

Is there an easy way to tell Outlook (Outlook 2003) to ignore any more
messages that come through on that topic? I know I can create a rule, but
building one that either marks-as-read and/or deletes the message is a little
clumsy. If I'm already viewing by conversation, it would be nice to have an
option in the right-click menu that is "ignore the rest of this conversation"
or something to that effect.

Are there plugins out there that can do this for me?
