eBay Office?

Sorry to bring this up again - I am looking for around 10 copies of the
Office for my church, therefore they must be legal.

I have seen them on eBay and contacted one particular seller who told me he
is selling copies his company doesn't need - not an original cd, a copy, and
the sticker with a product key that has not been registered.

Is this legal?

Probably not.

get Open Office - www.openoffice.org - it's FREE and it will do everything
that the ordinary user of Office (plus some) will ever need. You can save as
Office formats for sending files to Office users, and it even has a built-in
pdf creator. I can tell you, as an Advanced Excel user, the spreadsheet
certainly has all the functions I normally use. the only thing missing is an
email/PIM application, but there are several freeware applications that will
do the same job.

No. They are (with 99% certainty) volume licence and not legal for use
outside the licensed site. You should report him to eBay.
