Echange account unavailable/Outlook keeps clsoing

Having set up an Exchange Server Account on Outlook 2003, the connection is
unavailable and Outlook keeps closing, giving me no option to delete the
account. Where would the account files be stored so I can delete them
manually. I have reinstalled Outlook from scratch but the account settings
are still present. Deleting the .ost files in Local Settings.... makes no
difference.
