Edit a Template

I am currently using a template for a résume. The issue is that in the automatically inserted header with the contact information, it says "Fax: insert your fax here". When I print it this does not go away. How can I remove this line?

Use View>Header and Footer to access the Header story.

Then you can select and delete the text in there just as you can the text in the main text story.
