Edit-able Excel worksheet in Mail Message

I've created an excel table with simple formulas in it and need to
create a mail message using the table. The mail message will be
forwarded to others for review and to make possible changes, so I don't
want the file to be an attachment. Currently, in Excel I use
File->Send To->Mail Recipient to email the the table, however, it is
received as HTML and can't be edited. I've also tried creating a
custom form in Outlook haven't had much luck because 1. we don't use
Exchange Server and 2. I don't have the edit "Office Form" option.

I'm running Outlook 2002 on Wndows 2000 with Word as my mail editor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Not possible. What is the issue with sending it as an attachment?

The people I work with are too lazy to open, edit, save, then re-attach
file to a new email. It takes to much time for them.

They don't have a choice.
